majestic colonial. punta cana engagement session. naomi + ryan.

February 23, 2011

So Rob and I are in Vegas right now, at the biggest annual wedding photography conference… Our heads are spinning from all the amazing things crossing our path. BUT I couldn’t wait to blog our latest engagement shoot from a couple of weeks ago. Naomi & Ryan got married in paradise. I was so lucky to have been there with them at Punta Cana Majestic Colonial. Their wedding was absolutely incredible, but for now I’m excited to share some of my favourite images from our engagement session on the beach. I must say, I have a newfound appreciation for Rob 🙂 He couldn’t be there with me, so at times, Ryan’s mom came to the rescue & reflector duty … other times, the amazing Karen helped me out and got an upper body workout!! Thank you thank you. I hope you love the images as much as I do.Over the course of the week, we saw many a wedding come through this beautiful spot – this poor palm tree was the setting for many cliche wedding portraits of resort photographers, so I thought it would be a nice challenge to create some fun & timeless images here with Naomi & Ryan. view portfolio |   let’s connect on facebook & twitter |   e-mail us

Katya- Your work is amazing, the pictures are breathtaking and I cant help but look at them all day. You have a gift of bringing out the best in people, that mixed with gorgeous people and turqouise beach-perfection.
