Natalie & Luke met while playing on a co-ed soccer team and it was love at first sight for both of them. They are both quick to admit this, even though they were both so shy to talk to each other at first.‘It took us something like 2 months before we started hanging out,’ Natalie laughs. ‘Luke says the first day he saw me, he told his friend Peter, who was also on the team, that he would marry me!’
What a lovely couple, what a beautiful family. We absolutely LOVED how down-to-earth, generous and loving Natalie & Luke were – with each other and everyone around them.
Here’s their perfect Jellyfish Punta Cana wedding – beautiful decor by Gianna & Clara.
HUGE thank you to our amazing associate photographer Tamara, who rocked this amazing wedding with me!!!
Top three things Natalie loves about Luke: ‘1. I love how selfless Luke is, he constantly thinks about our son Dominik and I first, before himself. 2. I love that he encourages me to go outside my comfort zone and try new things! 3. I love how hard-working and driven he is and that he doesn’t ever give up.’

Ideal day together according to Luke: ‘My ideal day is an all-inclusive vacation day, drinking beer, and swimming in the ocean, plus flying all day.’
Luke: ‘Nat makes my lunches every day for work, helps me with things I am not good at, like writing. I love that she takes such good care of us (Dominik and I).’
Most romantic memory together: ‘For both of us, our most romantic memory was definitely our engagement weekend. We spent it together in Niagara Falls and had such a good time together. We walked on Clifton Hill, browsed the various shops, of course went to go see the falls, and took some very special pictures together.’
Favourite things to find in the fridge: ‘Portuguese custard tarts, leftovers, and COLD BEER!’
P.S. Here’s the Jellyfish famous Chilean seabass with ginger sauce.

BRIDE’S POST-WEDDING REFLECTIONS:
Most memorable moments from the Day / Wedding week?!
‘1. Trash the Dress (a.k.a. Rock the Dress) session: our little time away with just the two of us, and some amazing photos!!! 🙂
2. Walking down the aisle and seeing my husband tearing up…
3. The party, the DJ, the dancing … what a night!!!’
Any regrets? What would you have done differently if you could?
‘I would have started getting ready earlier so that we had more time to take pictures with the girls before the wedding (I still wouldn’t have done a First Look though, I loved seeing my husband with tears in his eyes while I was walking down the aisle, it was definitely a priceless moment!)
I also felt we ran out of time during the cocktail hour, even though our group was small, as getting guests together is time consuming – to get those individual shots (big thanks to Katya for taking charge to gather guests)!’
Comments about vendors, resort etc.
‘Anna Nuet is absolutely amazing, I was amazed how she transformed us with hair and makeup! Lots of love to Anna!!!!!
And Katya, Tamara, and Rob! Their pictures really can’t say enough about how amazing they are! I give them complete credit for my initial choice of Jellyfish as our venue! And finally, the Jellyfish DJ was AMAZINGGGGG! Had us dancing allll night’ 🙂
Any advice for future Brides?!
‘My advice for any future bride / groom is to make sure you take time and enjoy all the little moments during the day, the entire day flies by, so give yourself tons of extra time to get ready (you will be thankful for the photo opps before the heat melts you and your guests!) and definitely do the Rock the Dress session, those are by far my favourite photos!’
Our dearest Luke & Natalie! Warmest wishes to you AND your precious family!!! LOVE, Katya & team 🙂 xoxo
