Lyndsay & Michael met online back in 2006. They chatted back and forth daily for a whole year before finally deciding to meet. You might wonder why it took so long? They were separated by the Atlantic Ocean, 3500 miles apart! The electric connection was instant and the following year they flew to see each other countless times … until Lyndsay made the move to England for 2 years. That’s where they got busy falling deeper in love, making incredible memories and traveling all around England, Scotland, Ireland, and Paris, France. After that adventure, they moved to Canada and have been here for nearly 4 years.
Michael proposed on a trip to Niagara Falls, Ontario. After a romantic dinner he suggested they went back up to the hotel room to watch fireworks over the falls… Lyndsay, already mesmerized by the spectacular sight, was ecstatic to say ‘yes’!
These lovebirds are so caring & generous, tender towards each other, have a wicked sense of humour and are so easy to be around! Their wedding day began at Dreams Punta Cana in Uvero Alto, a fabulous resort with peacocks and lush gardens. After a beautiful First Look and a super fun ride (with champagne & a photo stop), we ended up at Jellyfish… so you know it was perfect 🙂
Lovely Krystie Ann beautifying the ladies.
My favourite picture of peacocks! I really had to sneak up on them soooo carefully. Seems they were much too preoccupied with flirting to notice me!
Champagne chilling, romantic music playing – Michael is waiting for his Beloved bride!
I’ve always wanted to shoot near Macao beach – there are beautiful traditional Dominican homes in the village along the highway… We pulled over for just a few minutes – totally worth it!!
Eggplant purple & charcoal grey themed wedding at Jellyfish Restaurant Punta Cana.
Lyndsay walks down the aisle to ‘Marry Me’ by Train. It had special significance because it was playing on the radio the morning after their engagement … as they drove through a blizzard!
‘Its hard to imagine my life before Lyndsay or a day without her.’
‘In the past 6 years we have been apart maybe a total of 4 times! We make each other laugh and never get sick of each other.’
‘Lyndsay has a great smile that truly makes everyone around her happy.’
‘I love how even when Michael is hard at work, he will take a break to find me wherever I am in the house to give me a hug and kiss and tell me he loves me.’
‘I’d would never have been given the opportunity of the life I have, without Michael I wouldn’t have the life experiences that I have, ie: traveling on my own or getting to visit other countries and experiencing them with the one I love. I don’t want to think of a life without him. He is the calm to my craziness!’
Lyndsay & Michael – warmest wishes from the bottom of our hearts! You are a rockin’ couple!!! xoxo
